Vitamin D - in both your diet and from sunshine

I liked this study.  Thought its conclusions were only drawn for post-menopausal women in France and their risk of getting breast cancer.  It suggests for all of us that Vitamin D from your diet (or supplements) and from sunshine are needed to  keep healthy and avoid cancer.

If your curious about the Vitamin D, milk relationship, this article cites a review that explains it and the relation of both to cancer.  The bottom line is what we all know:  you need calcium in the diet as well.
