Mormons know Christianity Best

A study by the Pew Research Center found that Mormons generally know more about Christianity than members of other religions.  I am not surprised by this finding because Mormons are some of the most devout, faithful Christian people I know who not only live Christ-centered lives but regularly study the teachings and life of Christ both in their homes and at church.  For these reasons I am not surprised that an unbiased survey of 3,412 individuals nationwide shows that Mormons know Christianity best.

The executive summary of the study is available at US Religious Knowledge Survey: Pew Research Center.  (If you go to the summary page the links on the left provide access to the whole study.  It took me a couple minutes to figure that out.)

To all those skeptical of this finding, I invite you to go and see.  Any Sunday you can walk into a Mormon church and experience for yourself what and how they.  Generally speaking their worship services are more traditional than most Protestants while being less-formal and less-rote than a Catholic service.  Here is a great place to find Mormon meeting times and locations all over the world:  maps.lds.org
