Bacteria promote good oral health

Yesterday browsing through a Life Extension Magazine, while microwaving my lunch I saw this article

Basically, having good bacteria in your mouth is more important than getting bad bacteria out. The reason is that the good bacteria will compete with (and hopefully outcompete) the bad bacteria actually preventing the problems bad bacteria cause like cavities, bad breath, canker sores, and other problems.
